释义	法律分析：用艺名签名不违法，只要签字人具备相应民事行为能力并且为真实意思表示即可。我国法律并未规定必须要使用在户口簿或身份证上登记显示的姓名来签署合同才有效，也未禁止使用艺名来签署合同。法律依据《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百九十条当事人采用合同书形式订立合同的，自当事人均签名、盖章或者按指印时合同成立。在签名、盖章或者按指印之前，当事人一方已经履行主要义务，对方接受时，该合同成立。
