居住证办理的流程 |

外地人总是需要进行居住证办理的，1、需要申请办理《居住证》的，申请人可以到现居住地的社区事务受理服务中心办理。申请办理《居住证》的，应当符合下列条件：（1）在本市合法稳定居住；(以自己的房产证、或者租房合同为准，请带好上述材料)。（2）如果在本市合法稳定就业，参加本市职工社会保险满6个月；或者因投靠具有本市户籍亲属、就读、进修等需要在本市居住6个月以上。(以劳动合同、社保记录档案或学生证、亲属户籍资料等为准，请带好上述材料)，申请人应当根据申办条件提供相应的证明材料，并对申办材料的真实性负责。2、申办人携带有效身份证件(户口簿、身份证)、房屋租赁协议或者有关居住证明等材料、近期一寸免冠照片2张，至在居住地公安派出所申报居住登记同时，经查验手续合格的，现场予以办理。3、如果《居住证》登记内容发生变更的，应当自变更之日起7日内持本人有效身份证明，向《居住证》签发地公安派出所或者受公安派出所委托的社区居民委员会办理变更登记。
