租房物业费谁承担 -法律知识

法律分析：
若房东与租户没有约定，则物业费应由房东承担。这所房屋的所有权人是房东，即房东就是业主，是物业的所有权人。因此与物业所签订的合同中，房东才是合同的一方而并非房屋的租户。租户和开发商、物业公司并没有直接关系。
法律依据：
《物业管理条例》 第四十二条 县级以上人民政府价格主管部门会同同级房地产行政主管部门，应当加强对物业服务收费的监督。
