释义	法律分析：职工可以提前辞职。签订了劳动合同但还处在试用期的职工辞职，这样的职工辞职的话应该按照试用期的规定，提前三天向用人单位提出辞职，职工提出辞职三天以后就可以离职了。签订了劳动合同并且试用期已过的职工辞职，过了试用期的职工辞职需要提前三十天向用人单位提出辞职，提出辞职三十天以后才可以离职。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十七条劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
