问题	什么是企业破产债务重整
释义	公司破产债务重整是指专门针对可能或已经具备破产原因但又有维持价值和再生希望的企业，经由各方利害关系人的申请，在法院的主持和利害关系人的参与下，进行业务上的重组和债务调整，以帮助债务人摆脱财务困境、恢复营业能力的法律制度。法律依据：根据《企业破产法》第七十条，债务人或者债权人可以依照本法规定，直接向人民法院申请对债务人进行重整。债权人申请对债务人进行破产清算的，在人民法院受理破产申请后、宣告债务人破产前，债务人或者出资额占债务人注册资本十分之一以上的出资人，可以向人民法院申请重整。
