员工离职需要支付违约金吗 -法律知识

法律分析：
员工进行辞职的话，那么一般是不需要承担违约金的。除非劳动者是属于违法辞职的，那么才需要支付相对应的违约金，具体而言，即除非劳动者在约定的培训服务期满前离职，或违反了保密协议、竞业限制的约定，否则劳动者可以正常离职无需向单位支付任何违约金。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》
第三十六条 用人单位与劳动者协商一致，可以解除劳动合同。
第三十七条 劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
