释义	法律分析: 如果是债权人转让债权，则担保人在原保证担保的范围内继续承担保证责任。保证合同另有约定的，按照约定。如果是债务人转让债务，则应当取得保证人书面同意，未取担保人的同意转让而转让债务，则担保人不再承担保证责任。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百四十六条债权人转让债权，未通知债务人的，该转让对债务人不发生效力。债权转让的通知不得撤销，但是经受让人同意的除外。
