释义	产假是指在职妇女产期前后的待遇，一般从分娩前半个月至产后两个半月，晚婚晚育者可前后长至四个月，女职工生育享受不少于九十天的产假。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第六十二条女职工生育享受不少于九十天的产假。第六十三条不得安排女职工在哺乳未满一周岁的婴儿期间从事国家规章的第三级体力劳动强度的劳动和哺乳期禁忌从事的其他劳动，不得安排其延长工作时间和夜班劳动。
