网上赌博犯法吗
释义
法律分析：网络赌博犯法。通常情况下，网上赌博不但是违法行为，情况严重的还会构成犯罪。无论赌资是大是小，都属于违法行为。同时，利用互联网、移动通讯终端组织网络赌博活动，构成开设赌场罪，给予刑事处罚。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》
第七十条以营利为目的，为赌博提供条件的，或者参与赌博赌资较大的，处5日以下拘留或者500元以下罚款；情节严重的，处10日以上15日以下拘留，并处500元以上3000元以下罚款。
