释义	法律分析：银行卡被司法冻结再办一张不会被冻结，新卡一般不会再被冻结。法律依据：《最高院关于法院民事执行中查封、扣押、冻结财产的规定》第二十一条查封、扣押、冻结被执行人的财产，以其价额足以清偿法律文书确定的债权额及执行费用为限，不得明显超标的额查封、扣押、冻结。第二十九条人民法院冻结被执行人的银行存款及其他资金的期限不得超过六个月，查封、扣押动产的期限不得超过一年，查封不动产、冻结其他财产权的期限不得超过二年。法律、司法解释另有规定的除外。
