释义	法律分析：不可以。公司刻章不可以自己刻。公章刻制前要先到公安局备案，需要营业执照副本原件、法人身份证复印件和介绍信。并要求在公安局备案批准的专业刻章公司去刻制。法律依据：《中华人民共和国印章治安管理办法》第十条需要刻制印章的单位应当到公安机关批准的刻制单位刻制；刻制单位将刻制的印章向公安机关办理印鉴备案后，方准启用。印章遗失、被抢、被盗的，应当向备案或批准刻制的公安机关报告，并采取公告形式声明作废后，按照前款规定重新办理备案或准刻手续。
