释义	法律分析: 当事人在借条空白处署名的，应当按照其真实的意思表示来担责；如果其作出的意思表示是向贷款人借款，则按照借款人的身份来担责；如果其作出的意思表示是提供担保，则按照担保人的身份来担责。如果通过事实推定，不能认定当事人为担保人的，则出借人不能要求其承担担保责任。法律依据:《《最高人民法院关于审理民间借贷案件适用法律若干问题的规定》》第二十六条借据、收据、欠条等债权凭证载明的借款金额，一般认定为本金。预先在本金中扣除利息的，人民法院应当将实际出借的金额认定为本金。
