释义	合同一旦成立并生效，在当事人之间便具有了法的效力，当事人应按照合同条款全面履行合同。违反约定不履行合同或者履行合同不符合约定的，将承担违约责任。同时合同的效力仅约束合同签订方，不约束与合同无关的第三人。【本文关联的相关法律依据】《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百六十五条依法成立的合同，受法律保护。依法成立的合同，仅对当事人具有法律约束力，但是法律另有规定的除外。第五百七十七条当事人一方不履行合同义务或者履行合同义务不符合约定的，应当承担继续履行、采取补救措施或者赔偿损失等违约责任。
