释义	债权转让的抵押权是否一并转让是的。《合同法》第八十一条规定：债权人转让权利的，受让人取得与债权有关的从权利，但该从权利专属于债权人自身的除外。《物权法》第一百九十二条规定：抵押权不得与债权分离而单独转让或者作为其他债权的担保。债权转让的，担保该债权的抵押权一并转让，但法律另有规定或者当事人另有约定的除外。因此，债权人转让主权利时应当将从权利一并转让，受让人在得到权利的同时，也取得与债权人有关的从权利(包括抵押权等)。
