释义	法律分析: 承诺书实际上是合同的一种，当然具有法律效力。有效的承诺书必须同时满足以下三个条件：1、是当事人真实意愿的反映。2、没有违反相关法律规定；3、没有侵犯他人利益。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百七十一条当事人订立合同，可以采取要约、承诺方式或者其他方式。第四百七十二条要约是希望与他人订立合同的意思表示，该意思表示应当符合下列条件：（一）内容具体确定；（二）表明经受要约人承诺，要约人即受该意思表示约束。
