女婿对女方父母有赡养义务嘛？
释义
从法律上说，女婿无法定赡养女方父母的义务因为岳父母属于拟制血亲由妻子的身份决定的，其赡养义务应由妻子行使，但在实际生活中一般表现为夫妻双方共同行使赡养义务。妻子死亡以后，拟制关系灭亡，故不存在赡养义务。但是根据传统道德要求丧偶女婿，对原岳父母还需尽到赡养义务，但这只是道德要求，不是法律规章。,法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第二十六条 【父母子女之间的法律义务】父母对未成年子女负有抚养、教育和保护的义务。成年子女对父母负有赡养、扶助和保护的义务。
