释义	法律分析：著作权合同纠纷，可以通过调解方式解决。调解一般是在第三人的参与下进行，但是这是一种诉讼外的调解，双方达成的调解协议不具有法律效力，而是靠当事人自觉履行。如果一方或双方当事人不履行调解协议，则无法请求强制执行。当事人对达成的调解协议反悔的，有权向人民法院提起诉讼。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百六十条民事法律行为可以附期限，但是根据其性质不得附期限的除外。附生效期限的民事法律行为，自期限届至时生效。附终止期限的民事法律行为，自期限届满时失效。
