问题	法院对走私制毒物品罪既遂的裁量标准?
释义	明知他人制造毒品而为其生产、买卖、运输前款规定的物品的，以制造毒品罪的共犯论处。即情节较重的，处三年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制，并处罚金；情节严重的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑，并处罚金；情节特别严重的，处七年以上有期徒刑，并处罚金或者没收财产。单位犯罪的，对单位判处罚金，并对其直接负责的主管人员和其他直接责任人员，依照前款规定处罚。法律依据《中华人民共和国刑法》第三百五十条
