释义	法律分析：所谓重婚，是指有配偶的人又与他人结婚的违法行为。有配偶的人，未办理离婚手续又与他人登记结婚，即是重婚；虽未登记结婚，但事实上与他人以夫妻名义而公开同居生活的，亦构成重婚。明知他人有配偶而与之登记结婚，或者虽未登记结婚，但事实上与他人以夫妻名义同居生活，也构成重婚。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百五十八条有配偶而重婚的，或者明知他人有配偶而与之结婚的，处二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。
