单位雇用残疾人的在土地使用税上有优惠。单位具备安置残疾人上岗工作的基本设施，安置残疾人实际上岗工作签订一年以上（含一年）劳动合同且按月足额缴纳社保、工资不低于当地最低工资标准，实际安置残疾人就业人数占职工总数比例高于25%（含25%）且残疾人人数高于10人（含10人）的，免征该年度城镇土地使用税。
