仲裁程序属于司法程序吗？

不属于司法程序，但具有司法一些特点，如仲裁裁决可以申请强制执行。仲裁程序(arbitration procedure)是指双方当事人将所发生的争议根据仲裁协议的规定提交仲裁时应办理的各项手续。在我国，〖中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会仲裁规定〗规定:当事人一方申请仲裁时，应向该委员会提交签名申请书。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国仲裁法》 第六条 仲裁委员会应当由当事人协议选定。仲裁不实行级别管辖和地域管辖。
