释义	以往，只有结了婚的人才能生孩子，未婚的人即使到了适合生育的年龄也不能生孩子。现在这种情况有了变化。2020年《吉林省人口与计划生育条例》开始正式施行。该《条例》第30条第2款规定：“达到法定婚龄决定终身不再结婚并无子女的妇女，可以采取合法的医学辅助生育技术手段生育一个子女。”所以，单身女性也有了生育权。在此，我们还需提醒大家的是：这个条例只是吉林省的地方性行政法规，并不适用吉林省以外的地区。如果有其他地区的单身女性希望生育子女的，还要以当地的具体规定为准。
