释义	法律主观：法律上有规定，女职工怀孕期间可以获得相应的保护，要是原本的工作岗位不够轻松，那么现在公司就有义务调整其到适宜的岗位上，但对应的岗位有其对应的工资标准，可是公司不能对怀孕女职工调整工资条件。我国法律规定，任何公司不得在女职工怀孕期、产期、哺乳期降低其基本工资，或者解除劳动合同。因此，公司不能随意调整怀孕女职工的工作岗位，即使是为了保护女职工的原则将怀孕女职工调到相对轻松适宜的工作岗位，但也不能降低女职工的工资性收入。
