释义	法律分析：发票作为报销的原始凭据，如果丢失，医院确实无法给患者补开发票。但丢失住院发票的患者，可以到医院财务部门开一封介绍信，介绍信上要详细列明住院收费的项目和每一项的金额，并加盖医院财务科的公章。同时患者还要到医院复印丢失发票的存根，并在上面加盖医院的住院收费专用章后，照样具有法律效果。法律依据：《中华人民共和国社会保险法》第二十六条职工基本医疗保险、新型农村合作医疗和城镇居民基本医疗保险的待遇标准按照国家规定执行。
