释义	法律分析：可以，但是法院不一定会把抚养权判给孩子的奶奶。因为只有在未成年子女的父亲或者母亲丧失抚养能力，或死亡的时候，有负担能力的孩子的奶奶才可以对父母已经死亡，或父母没有能力抚养的未成年的孙子女、外孙子女，承担起抚养的义务。奶奶的抚养权是有条件的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零七十四条有负担能力的祖父母、外祖父母，对于父母已经死亡或者父母无力抚养的未成年孙子女、外孙子女，有抚养的义务。
