释义	1.遗嘱人当着两个以上可以当见证人的人，口述遗嘱内容。2.由见证人中的一个人作记录。但不必向代书遗嘱一样向遗嘱人宣读、讲解；如无法作记录，则以见证人的记忆为准。3.见证人必须记录口头遗嘱的年、月、日、时及地点；如不能记录的，必须牢记。4.如情况允许，则记录人、见证人应签名或按手印。应注意的是，口头遗嘱由于其内容的真实性、准确性较难判断，则只有在危急情况下才能使用，如遗嘱人病危、临终前等。
