释义	法律分析: 债务也是可以转让的，但是必须得经过债人的同意，如果债人没有同意的话，债务转让是不合法的。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百五十一条债务人将债务的全部或者部分转移给第三人的,应当经债权人同意。债务人或者第三人可以催告债权人在合理期限内予以同意,债权人未作表示的,视为不同意。
