释义	法律分析：家庭暴力，是指行为人以殴打、捆绑、残害、强行限制人身自由或者其他手段，给其他家庭成员的身体、精神等方面造成一定伤害后果的行为。家庭暴力不是“家务事”，是违法行为，严重的家庭暴力行为可能构成故意杀人、故意伤害、强奸、猥亵儿童、非法拘禁等犯罪。法律依据：《中华人民共和国反家庭暴力法》第三十三条加害人实施家庭暴力，构成违反治安管理行为的，依法给予治安管理处罚；构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。
