释义	法律分析：终审判决的意思是指法院对案件的最后一级判决。我国实行两审终审制，中级人民法院、高级人民法院和最高人民法院的第二审就是终审。最高人民法院的第一审也是终审。人民法院作出终审判决的，当事人不得再申请上诉，只能提起再审。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第二百四十四条第二审的判决、裁定和最高人民法院的判决、裁定，都是终审的判决、裁定。
