释义	法律分析：合伙企业财产在支付清算费用后，应按下列顺序清偿: （一）合伙企业所欠职工工资和劳动保险费; （二）合伙企业所欠税款; （三）合伙企业的债务; （四）退还合伙人的出资。合伙企业财产按上述顺序清偿后仍有剩余的，则按约定或法定妁比例在原合伙人间分配。法律依据：《中华人民共和国合伙企业法》第六十二条合伙企业清算时，其全部财产不足清偿其债务的，依照本法第三十九条和第四十条办理。亦即由全体合伙人承担无限连带责任，以自己的其他财产予以偿还。
