释义	法律分析：刑法中规定劫持航空器罪既遂量刑标准为： 1、情节一般的，处10年以上有期徒刑或者无期徒刑； 2、致人重伤、死亡或者使航空器遭受严重破坏或者情节特别严重的，处死刑。本罪最低刑期规定为10年，除了具有刑法总则规定的减轻、免除处罚情节的，只要实施了劫持航空器的行为，最低都将被判处10年有期徒刑。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第一第一百二十一条以暴力、胁迫或者其他方法劫持航空器的，处依十年以上有期徒刑或者无期徒刑；致人重伤、死亡或者使航空器遭受据严重破坏的，处死刑。
