释义	法律分析：公安交警若需要吊销驾驶人员的驾驶证，则必须要依照相关法律中的规定来操作。其中，要是有饮酒后驾驶机动车的行为、超速达到50%的、驾驶改装的机动车或者已经达到报废标准的机动车上路的、违反道交法等相关法律规定造成重大交通事故并认定构成犯罪的，那一般就会吊销驾驶证了。法律依据：《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第九十一条一年内有前两款规定醉酒后驾驶机动车的行为，被处罚两次以上的，吊销机动车驾驶证，五年内不得驾驶营运机动车。
