释义	法律分析：正当防卫的起因必须是具有客观存在的不法侵害。不法侵害正在进行的时候，才能对合法权益造成威胁性和紧迫性，因此才可以使防卫行为具有合法性。不法侵害的开始时间，一般认为以不法侵害人开始着手实施侵害行为时开始，但是在不法侵害的现实威胁十分明显紧迫，且待其实施后将造成不可弥补的危害时，可以认为侵害行为已经开始。法律依据：《民法典》第一百八十一条，因正当防卫造成损害的，不承担民事责任。正当防卫超过必要的限度，造成不应有的损害的，正当防卫人应当承担适当的民事责任。
