释义	从合同依附于主合同。主合同有效的情况下，没有合同无效的情形该从合同即为有效。从合同，是指在两个或两个以上的合同中，必须以主合同的成立为条件而存在的合同。从合同是一种非独立性合同，对主合同具有成立方面的依赖性，是具有附属或依附意义的合同。法律依据《民法典》第四百六十五条，依法成立的合同，受法律保护。依法成立的合同，仅对当事人具有法律约束力，但是法律另有规定的除外。
