释义
一、如果银行起诉，有可能坐牢的。二、欠信用卡一直不还款，产生的法律后果主要有：1、会产生高额的逾期利息。2、会被银行向法院起诉，你将产生诉讼费用、律师费用等经济损失。3、个人会有不良信用记录，对以后的办银行卡、贷款等都会产生影响。4、如果欠款金额达1万元以上的，构成信用卡诈骗罪，要被追究刑事责任。
