释义	婚前财产约定书不是赠与。夫妻可以约定婚姻关系存续期间所得的财产以及婚前财产归各自所有、共同所有或部分各自所有、部分共同所有。也就是说，婚前财产属于对夫妻财产分配的约定，不能单纯的认定为是赠与，如双方没有进行约定，婚前财产仍属于个人财产，婚后财产永远属于双方共同财产。法律依据《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零六十五条
