释义	法律分析：询问前，应当了解证人、被害人的身份，证人、犯罪嫌疑人、被害人之间的关系。询问时，应当告知证人、被害人必须如实地提供证据、证言和有意作伪证或者隐匿罪证应负的法律责任。侦查人员不得向证人、被害人泄露案情或者表示对案件的看法，严禁使用威胁、引诱和其他非法方法询问证人、被害人。法律依据：《公安机关程序规定》第一百九十条询问未成年的证人、被害人，可以通知其法定代理人到场。第一百八十八条询问证人、被害人，可以到证人、被害人所在单位或者住所进行。
