释义	法律分析: 撤销不动产的赠与合同的方式有任意撤销和法定撤销两种。任意撤销是指在赠与财产的权利转移之前，赠与人能随时撤销赠与，但经过公证的赠与和具有公益、道德性质的赠与除外。法定撤销是指受赠人出现法定撤销情形的，赠与人可以向法院申请撤销赠与。《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百五十八条赠与人在赠与财产的权利转移之前可以撤销赠与。经过公证的赠与合同或者依法不得撤销的具有救灾、扶贫、助残等公益、道德义务性质的赠与合同，不适用前款规定。
