释义	法律分析：债权转让的生效要件是：转让的债权必须合法有效，债权是可以依法转让的，债权转让应当通知其债务人。但是个人信托关系的债权和因特殊身份关系继承的债权，以及从属权利和主权利分别分类转让的，在法律性质上是不允许的，如果按照合同当事人约定不能转让的债权，也是不可以被转让的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百四十六条 债权人转让债权，未通知债务人的，该转让对债务人不发生效力。债权转让的通知不得撤销，但是经受让人同意的除外。
