缓刑属于刑事强制措施吗

不属于。刑事强制措施是国家为了保障侦查、起诉、审判活动的顺利进行，而授权刑事司法机关对犯罪嫌疑人、被告人采取的限制其一定程度人身自由的方法。根据我国《刑事诉讼法》的规定，刑事强制措施包括五种，即拘传、取保候审、监视居住、拘留、逮捕，这里并不包括缓刑。
