这个误导其实在一定层面上是有欺诈的嫌疑的，而且会用一些其他的手段，所以说自己被误导导致的合同是没有法律效力的，到时候自己可以起诉对方，如果自己在误导之后，仍然愿意和对方签订合同的话，那么这个合同就是有效的。

《中华人民共和国民法典》 第一百五十五条 无效的或者被撤销的民事法律行为自始没有法律约束力。
