释义	法律分析：在行李、包裹运输合同的有效期限内，托运人享有下列基本权利：要求承运人将行李、包裹按期、完好地运至目的地；在行李、包裹运输合同的有效期限内，发生行李、包裹灭失、损坏、变质、污染时要求给予赔偿。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第八百二十九条在承运人将货物交付收货人之前，托运人可以要求承运人中止运输、返还货物、变更到达地或者将货物交给其他收货人，但是应当赔偿承运人因此受到的损失。
