释义	直接走人是不允许的。实习期间辞职，需要提前三天通知用人单位的，否则，若是给用人单位造成的直接经济损失、招聘该劳动者产生的费用，用人单位可以要求承担。法律依据:《劳动法》第三十七条规定：劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。《劳动法》第九十条，劳动者违反本法规定解除劳动合同，或者违反劳动合同中约定的保密义务或者，给用人单位造成损失的，应当承担赔偿责任。
