释义	法律分析：租赁合同到期后，租赁双方续租的，应该签订新的租赁合同，如果租赁的内容不变的，可以在的租赁合同上增加续租的期限。依据我国相关法律的规定，进行租赁活动一般要签订租赁合同的，签订租赁合同时要约定租赁的期限，到期后租赁合同解除。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第七百零五条租赁期限不得超过二十年。超过二十年的，超过部分无效。租赁期限届满，当事人可以续订租赁合同；但是，约定的租赁期限自续订之日起不得超过二十年。
