释义	继母有没有抚养孩子的义务。根据司法解释的规定，生父与继母离婚或者生母与继父离婚时，对曾受其抚养教育的继子女，继父或者继母不同意继续抚养的，仍应由生父或者生母抚养。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第二十六条父母对未成年子女负有抚养、教育和保护的义务。成年子女对父母负有赡养、扶助和保护的义务。《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零七十二条继父母与继子女间，不得虐待或者歧视。继父或者继母和受其抚养教育的继子女间的权利义务关系，适用本法关于父母子女关系的规定。
