如果年后你还在同一个市里面工作的话，你本人不需要去社保局办理什么手续，到新单位上班后由新单位帮你办理参保手续就可以了，社保年限会自动累计计算。如果你年后是到另一个市工作，不再回原单位所在的市工作了，那么你可以办理社保转移手续。
办理流程：在原单位所在辖区的社保局打印社保缴费凭证，新单位帮你参保后把那份社保缴费凭证交到新单位所在地的社保局办理社保转移手续就可以了。如果不确定是否以后还会回原单位所在的市工作，那可以先不急着转社保，以后确定在哪里享受养老待遇之后再办理转移手续都可以的。
