释义	未成年犯抢劫罪被判处十年以下有期徒刑，执行原判刑期二分之一以上，认真遵守监规，接受教育改造，确有悔改表现，没有再犯罪的危险的，是可以假释的。如果抢劫被判处十年以上有期徒刑、无期徒刑，则不得假释。【相关延伸】未成年抢劫也要负刑事责任吗？已满十四周岁不满十六周岁的未成年人抢劫也要负刑事责任，但应当从轻或者减轻处罚。不满十四周岁的未成年人抢劫，则不用负刑事责任，但会责令其父母或者其他监护人加以管教;在必要的时候，依法进行专门矫治教育。法律依据《中华人民共和国刑法》第八十一条
