释义	律师分析: 不动产权证到期，应该在到期前一年申请续期，续期后便可正常使用。【法律依据】: 《中华人民共和国城市房地产管理法》第二十一条土地使用权出让合同约定的使用年限届满，土地使用者需要继续使用土地的，应当于届满前一年申请续期，除根据社会公共利益需要收回该土地的，应当予以批准。经批准予以续期的，应当重新签订合同，并交付土地使用权出让金。土地使用权出让合同约定的使用年限届满，土地使用者未申请续期或者虽申请续期但依照前款规定未获批准的，土地使用权由国家无偿收回。
