释义	现役军人能离婚了。法律并没有规定禁止现役军人离婚，只是对于现役军人的婚姻有特殊保护，即：现役军人的配偶要求离婚的，须得经军人同意，但军人一方有重大过错的除外。现役军人离婚的，需要取得所在部队政治机关可出具的同意离婚证明后才能办理离婚手续。【法律依据】《民法典》第一千零八十一条，现役军人的配偶要求离婚，应当征得军人同意，但是军人一方有重大过错的除外。
