释义	法律分析：能不能当兵不是看是否有疤痕，而是要看疤痕的大小。如果是比较小的疤痕，也就是疤痕的直径没有超过三厘米，这样的疤痕是完全可以当兵的。如果疤痕已经超过了直径两厘米，当兵就不太可能了。但是如果你身上有疤痕已经超过了规定范围，当文艺兵的话是完全可以的。法律依据：中华人民共和国国防部《应征公民体格检查标准》第十条瘢痕体质，面颈部长径超过3cm或影响功能的瘢痕，其他部位影响功能的瘢痕，不合格。
